| Description: |
Rieslings are a delicate yet complex wine, characterized by spicy, fruity flavors (including peach and apricot), a floral bouquet, and a long finish. The lighter and more delicate German-style Rieslings are usually slightly to medium sweet, and don't reach the realm of great sticky sweetness like many domestic rielings. This wine exhibits admirable aromas of fresh apple, honeysuckle and herbs. It is juicy and delightfully flavorful, yet at the same time delicate on the palate. Their is a gentle effervescence that lingers and begs for another sip. This is a fantastic food wine, especially with spicier and more aromatic foods like thai or vietnames cuisine. Similarly, this wine is the perfect beginning to a dinner party. Serving this as an appertif, or with appetizers is sure to be complimented. |
